Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 14 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please take a picture of the full item and send it along with your order number and billing address.

Shipping

Once shipped, orders are usually received within 3-5 business days for US destinations. International orders usually take a few weeks to arrive.
